Qualifications: All service technicians are ASE certified and factory trained. Our service department utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic machines and computerized equipment. Additionally our parts staff is factory certified and maintains a well stocked parts department.

Amenities: We offer to all of our customers who utilize our service department a comfortable waiting room with TV, magazines (not too old), and the best coffee in town (and it's free). We also offer Early Bird/Night Drop Service.

Car Rental: If you need a rental replacement car while your vehicle is being repaired, Kings Volkswagen can provide you with a low cost rental car. Just phone ahead of your appointment so we can make sure we have a vehicle available for you. You will need to show proof of insurance coverage, valid driver's license and a major credit card at time of rental.

Menu Service Pricing: All normal maintenance and light repairs are discounted to very competitive levels and follow all manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules.
