    My 4-year warranty expired in July 2025, but due to difficult to make an appointment in time, it ended up in the shop for Aug 2025. Therefore, I have to pay diagnose fee out of my pocket, because it was out of warranty by a month. Also, it took several weeks but technician can't find the root causes. Despite the goodwill of the dealership, I decide to trade in this vehicle to Tesla and get an actual reliable car.

    I had a rear tire that was loosing air. I called and was able to get an appointment very quickly. When I arrived, I was seen quickly and the investigation of the cause began. Shortly, one of the staff let me know that a nail or screw had been found in the tire and that patching the tire was recommended. (A little later the screw was out for me to see.) I agreed to having that done and the repair was made. I was at the dealership about 2 hours total. I was relieved and thankful that the cause of the air loss was quickly found and resolved.

    I was told by one of your service representatives that I would be given a coupon at checkout for my oil change. When it came time to pay, I was not granted the coupon. He claimed I didn’t qualify for that coupon because it was for a different oil change. This was not communicated to me prior to the service.
