I would have absolutely given 5 stars. I was satisfied with the service advisor, time it took to perform the work, and the work performed. I did not care for the fact that it appeared that there was a service tech in the service advisor area using an e-cig/vape.

SERVICE WRITER SCOTT IS VERY THOROUGH AND DETAIL ORIENTED. I WAS IN FOR 2024 VW TIGUAN 10K SERVICE & TIRE ROTATION. TECHS ARE QUICK DESPITE BEING BUSY, AND RETURNED MY CAR WASHED IN A VERY RESONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. (I WAITED) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TEAM.
