The prompt and courteous scheduling and performance of the service was greatly appreciated. I needed the car serviced, check engine light, but was on call for jury duty. Kings VW offered a loaner car. Scott then followed up, explained the issue and that a part was on order. He allowed me to keep the loaner car through the weekend. Finally on thr return to the dealership, I was greeted curiously and my successfully repaired car returned.
