I appreciate VW for their follow through ; however, I am disappointed this singular service took 3 trips to make right. This final time the color is not a match but it is such an inconvenience to set up another trip. Again, folks are professional but I really wish this could have been a right the first time job.

The service seems to be have done correctly. Great communication from service advisor. Noticed a few other things that needed done and called. The 4 star is because I had to check on the part versus getting phone call saying it was in. It is a warranty issue and the part to fix the issue was on back order.

Chris Davis, who helped us on the purchase, and Erick, who helped us on the financing were both GREAT!!! It was a pleasant and very simple purchase. Those guys made it very easy and both were very professional.
