Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The wait time is very reasonable and I love that they wash my car. A service I have never gotten from another dealership. My husband for 60 years has always been a Chevy man, so when he said he wanted to go to Volkswagen I was surprised. It has been a good choice, we love the car. The only bad thing is he died a week after purchasing, from a heart attack. So it will always be Daddy's car. From purchasing to maintaining Kings Volkswagen has been a pleasure to deal with.

I sincerely appreciate the service staff at Kings Auto Mall VW - so nice and professional! Sadly the repairs have not gone well at all. As a professional who has to make schedule accommodations to drop off and pick up my vehicle, I now have to return for a 3rd time for the same job. This is an aesthetic repair where the flaws in paint are very obvious. So I hope this next time they examine the quality carefully before I pick it up.

I was very pleased with my experience. I came in for the engine cover recall, and figured I might as well have the oil changed, tires rotated etc. In and out of there in less than and hour. Logan was fantastic. Knowledgeable and made recommendations. I felt great knowing that Logan and Jeff took that extra step to make sure my Atlas was well taken care off.
