The service has been excellent. I feel that King's VW has had my back the entire time I've had the car I purchased from them. They took my concerns seriously, worked to resolve them, and did it in a way that spared me a great deal of the typical frustration that comes with car repairs. Excellent service all around.

Our appointment time/day was not honored because the dealer has no ID4 trained technicians on staff. Our recall repair was completed 5 weeks after our appointment. Car came back with filthy windows, all removed to fix the door handle problem.
