    I brought my Atlas in regarding a coolant issue. The water pump needed to be replaced. It was covered under the warranty but it was also replaced less than a year ago at the dealer. So - it was still under the 1 year parts warranty. I've brought my Atlas in 4 times and the issue is still not resolved. I will have to bring it in a fifth time to hopefully address the issue. Very disappointing.

    We were here for 10K mile inspection. We were greated by Logan who kept us informed throughout the process of approximately 45 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

    I was greeted immediately. I was kept informed about the service being done on my car. I had a puncture in one of my tires that needed repaired and was told how much it would cost and then after told that it was covered by the warranty we had purchased when we bought the tires for the car. I appreciated my service rep researching that and letting me know there would be no charge. The dealership was clean and they had snacks and drinks available while I waited on my service. My car was clean but I always appreciate it when they wash the car for me.
