An appointment was given quickly (next day), but I was then told my car couldn't be looked at that day because dealer's EV technicians were backed up with other work. I was given a loaner vehicle and service (just replacement of 12V battery) was completed 5 days after my service appointment.

great service---fast and efficient. EXCELLENT service advisors (Scott Johnson & Logan)--they follow up and keep me informed regarding options and repair status. They are knowledgeable and able to coherently explain things.
