New tires are causing a steering wheel vibration and whole vehicle shake at highway speed I did not have this before I came to get work performed..not sure if tires were balanced incorrectly or a wheel weight was thrown.

I live 3 hours out of town and wanted to trade in my 2018 Tiguan. I came back to kings to purchase a 2025 Tiguan. This is the 6th VW I have purchased from Kings and Chris Davis. Chris is a pro's pro! Working out the deal over the phone was very easy and Erick in the finance department was very kind and helpful on delivery. I told Chris I should have received a cake with 6 candles when I picked up my new Tiguan! I guess they overlooked that.
