Price was what they said it was, no pressure on extra sales, communicated the issues and updates in a timely manner, let me know what else could be fixed without being pushy, texting

The dealership is only a few miles from my office, and I'm sure that the correct service is performed and the proper parts are being used.

I am so pleased on how I and my car was treated. Logan my service adviser was just wonderful through the entire unexpected experience of my car being damaged by a passing dump truck. To add to it, my insurance company was hit by a cyber account a few days after I brought my car in for service, and Kings Volkswagen was so understanding in the delay in getting my car repaired.

I am following up regarding my recent service at kings VW. As you know I was there for the 4th time today regarding the noise under the car. To summarize, we brought in the vehicle on July 2nd to have the air conditioner checked on. During that time a multi-point inspection was done. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner was not staying or getting cold. We did view the other suggestions and declined other services for now so that we could pay the $698.16 charge to repair the air conditioner. We are leaving for a family vacation tomorrow for a week and are driving the vehicle there and back, so we need to have it in good working condition. After you completed the air conditioner service we picked up the car on July 8th, my husband noticed a new noise coming from the bottom of the car. That noise had never been there before prior to taking the car into service there. He did take the car back and after they looked it over, told us that it was likely dust sitting on the rotors and that it would go away. That noise did not go away. I brought the car back in yesterday on the 9th. The technician rode with me and heard the noise. He said it was fixed and we drove the car to check, it was not and we could both hear it still. He took it back and worked again. After waiting for a few hours I was able to confirm the noise was gone and I took the car home. This morning I got back into the car and heard the noise again. I did call you and confirmed that I would be coming back in, now the 4th time. (we live 45 minutes away) When we got there today, nobody could hear the noise. They looked at it and said they saw nothing, and sent me on my way. As I was driving it home, I again heard the noise. Something is clearly not right with my car and this was never a problem until after I brought the car in for something unrelated. As far as customer service goes, I am extremely disappointed in how this is being handled. The tech states on the pdf attached that he saw the heat shield was bent when he looked at it. Why would you not offer to replace it instead of bending it back? Bending it back is clearly not working. Someone had to have bent it when they were fixing the air conditioner. I am taking the car to another service location tonight to look at it. I would really appreciate it if someone can make this right. We are proud owners of 3 volkswagens currently and have owned many in the past. I can say that we have never been so frustrated by a service center.
