The facility seemed clean and the employees that I communicated with were very nice. I was able to use a loaner car while they worked on my car. The one issue I had was that I paid for a tire rotation and the tires were not rotated. It was a Friday afternoon when I picked up my car and I was told the manager that needed to authorize the refund was not there so they were going to call me on Monday to process the refund. I haven’t received a call and it’s Tuesday evening now.

My appointment was a recall. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the lot. I did not have to wait to be checked in, and the service was completed very quickly. After I left, I ran some errands and got some lunch, all close to Kings Volkswagen. When I came out of lunch, I noticed that I had a flat tire. I drove straight back to Kings Volkswagen, where they worked me into the schedule, repaired my tire, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. They even washed my car for me while I was there. Thank you so much for your help!
