I purchased a brand new 2025 Atlas R-line less than 30 days before I already had to bring my vehicle in because of an issue with the screen showing to register the vehicle when it had already been registered for 3 weeks. I brought my vehicle in on Friday 5/30 and the vehicle wasn’t even looked at until 6/2. Had I been told that prior to bringing it in I could have waited until 6/2 or at least did a night drop 6/1. I was not even offered a loaner vehicle, I had to ask/insist. I would think being that my vehicle wasn’t even 30 days from purchase date that Volkswagen would like to continue having me as a customer and offer to provide that loaner service. 5/31 I pick up the loaner vehicle and there are crumbs in the vehicle, both front seats are riddled with blonde hairs sticking out of the seat backs! So not only did I lose my brand new vehicle for 3 days, I had to ask for a loaner and then was given a dirty, seats covered in hair vehicle. I thought I had purchased what I would consider a luxury vehicle and expected the same service to be provided and that’s just not what I received. Needless to say I’m questioning if I purchased from the right dealership.
